FW: The New Malaysian Indian

Me found another interesting post at Malaysia Today.
(2nd post me pau from Malaysia Today in last 1 hour.What to do .Raja Petra got all the good stuff.Me went to NST and The Star but seems like teenagers there have not finish grappling with existential question like who am I, what is my purpose in life, who should I actually serve etc etc)

Anyway,back to post.Post title "The New Malaysian Indian".
At first me thought it was another sucks-to-be-you indian story (sorry la, sometimes me also jaded ) but after me finish read , me thought it was actually good.

Writer sounds smart.
Knows how much cover charge cost in Bangsar(got feet to the ground ..always a good thing).
Plans to use the internet extensively.
Aims for organised effort.
Passion in words. Punches his weight.

Wow....me thought. Its like me don't know MIC anymore (which is of course not a bad thing)

The New Malaysian Indian

Greetings my fellow brothers.

The reason i am sending you this email is to help to create awareness among the new youngsters and youths of Malaysian Indians on the importance of us being united together and, once and for all to stop the blatant negative image that is linked with us, the Indians in this country.

Since the country's independence of 50years, we have been lacking in terms of education, social, and economy. [delete] There are much more to be done before we can proudly stand tall and say "Yes, I am an Indian!"

There are many lawyers, doctors, engineers, IT, businessmen and what's not. All are professionals in their own fields, and they are youthful, vibrant, energetic Malaysian Indians. They too like any of us have the great willingness and fire within themselves to help contribute to the society so that their fellow brothers and sisters can be on par with the others, can get decent education and not be discriminated just because they lack of financial assistance. How many of our Indian brothers are to be looked down everyday in their life?

It is time that we, the graduates, working professionals and undergraduates to start doing what our community need the most. We must step out of our "tidak kisah, tidak apa" attitude, we must look back through what we have learned and experinced to help our community. They need us more than anything else. They are hoping that the 'educated ones' of the society will change their future.

They are there, sitting in some rural estates, or urban squatters, grateful for the one meal a day that they eat, while some of us are enjoying sips of RM15 Starbucks coffee. Have we ever thought that each resume of Indians represents his/her whole family? Have we ever thought that the RM30 that we pay as entrance fee (cover charge) for some high end night clubs in Bangsar can actually feed a family of 5 for 2 days at least?

I would like to call upon my fellow brothers, to heed the challenge and the responsibilities shouldered on us. Let us all come together and create a new platform as a network of young Indians.

Putera MIC is a NGO-like wing of MIC, focusing in on socio-political. We are targeting Males between 18-30 years old as members because this group will be the future of our community. Putera MIC will focus its resources in helping the society to get back on its feet, to bring together the cream of the society under one roof and to pool their talents together.

We are now creating history. What we do today will be the landscape of our future; what and how our young brothers and sisters will grow up. This is a re-branding of Malaysian Indian.

Putera has already started its membership drive and we do hope working professionals, undergraduates, graduates, businessmen like you, and like-minded Indians to come out and rise like a new wave. Let all see that our youngsters are all-rounder and capable of everything, yet not forgetting their social obligations.

We are already planning few activities that can be implemented for instances; recruitment drives for our fresh grads, academic / career advice, business networking and personal developments. We will be concentrating in the main 3 fields of Education, Business and Personal Development.

Registration can be done through the Internet, a first in MIC's history, as I have said; we are in the process of re-branding Indians image. We will use Internet as a major platform to engage our young target group. We will have our portal ready to be used, forum for discussion and to create networking.

Malaysia launches world's smallest microchip with radio technology

Interesting news on Malaysia Today. (Click on the paste for link )

According to the article , "The Malaysia Microchip was released after more than two years of research and development. The smallest version measures 0.7 millimetres by 0.7 millimetres, according to officials.Costing six cents each, three versions of the chip were developed after the Malaysian government in 2003 bought the technology and the rights to design, manufacture and market the chip from Japan's FEC Inc."

This is something substantial .

According to Home Minister Radzi Sheikh Ahmad at the launch , "You think about the application, it is mind-boggling because there is no limit to it."

Aptly said.

With such tiny chips costing only 6 cents a piece , a lot can be done.

However, bad news.Wet blanket alert .

A scroll on the comment section of the said article reveals pests.

Ugly Malaysian sighted.....sigh.
Sometimes me wonder where la got rain that worms are everywhere.

Long time ago me and me buddy stumble on puzzle.

Puzzle go like this :-

"One day one January , three friends, Ali,Ah Chong and Muthu needed a place to stay and go to budget hotel.
Cashier say three people can stay one room.
One room 30 ringgit.
Ali take 10 ringgit,Ah Chong take 10 ringgit and Muthu not to lose water face, also take 10 ringgit.
3 friends get room and cashier get 30 ringgit.Deal conclude.

But no...wait a minute.Suddenly Cashier realise .
Room actually got discount 5 ringgit. Since cashier is loser with conscience (him got membership with either PAS or DAP ,so thats how me know him have conscience and also loser),him cannot simply "close one eye".

So him call bellboy.
Him give bellboy 5 ringgit and tell im go to room and return money.
Bell boy also go . made it all the way to the door before he found a problem.
See bellboy hand got five 1 ringgit note .
5 cannot divide three .So how ?

This was only the third real metamatik question bellboy face in his 18 year so cannot blame why him confuse.
Him thinking thinking long time (actually short while only, but him feel like long time ) , finally him decide solution.
Him decide to keep 2 ringgit for himself.

First him return Ali 1 ringgit.

Then him return Ah Chong 1 ringgit.

Finally him give Muthu also 1 ringgit ( ok ok...so actually Muthu got 70 cents only. See this Ali,Ah Chong .Muthu fellas famous in Malaysia so must clarify. If not no one in Malaysia will believe Muthu also got back equal share .So here is the real story. Muthu only got back 70 cents.But because me don't want to complicate , me round up to 1 ringgit)

So now since Ali happy, Ah Chong happy ,Muthu happy ,bellboy happy and Cashier also NOT unhappy meaning deal finally conclude right ?
Nooo.... Still got one problem . A one ringgit problem

See one fella pay 10 ringgit ; minus 1 ringgit discount so 9 ringgit each .
Three people pay total 27 ringgit.
Bell boy took 2 ringgit.
27 ringgit plus two ringgit bellboy took make 29 ringgit.
But room price 30 ringgit.
So where go one more ringgit???

Who took 1 ringgit?
Was him loser-cashier?
Was him stupid-bellboy?
Was him crowd favorite Ali ,Ah Chong Muthu ?

WHO TOOK THE MONEY ??

Me answer : It was George Soros! Him took it! Him gwas here in January right(visit DrM).Cannot be coincidence this also same time one ringgit disappearance.

The Number Four

Ok...this is me number four post .
Big 4. Important number.

Why important ?
Because 4 number meaning complete.
Long time ago , when me was working for Japan company (japan great engineer,like jerman),
me learn this.

That time , when Great Engineer Japan teach him call number 4 PDCA (Great Engineer Japan
can do many thing but speaking error free English is not one of them ).
PDCA meaning Plan+Do+Check+ Act.
4 step.
4 step equal one full cycle.
One full cycle equal one complete process.
That how number 4 meaning complete.

See when start , number one very important.
It mean you not just talking nothing.You also got doing something.
From nothing to something meaning ALIVE.
So number one stand for LIFE.

After one, come two.Also important.
Actually, some say number two more important because it is more dificult to move from number one to two than it is to move from number zero to one ( Hmmmm....look like me talking politik again).
Anyway,number two means one is sustained.
Represent WILL.
Alive alone not enough. Thing must have WILL .
Number two is proof.

Then come number 3.
Three bellwether number.Represent DIRECTION.
After thing alive and find will,thing must go somewhere.
Number 3 show where thing heading.
Where thing will most probably end number three can usually show.

Number 4?
Four stand for REFLECTION.
why?
Simple -because Four is first natural number where reflection is possible.
From Four can see LIFE,WILL and DIRECTION .
Important you like what you see.
If not no use complete.
That why four very important. Number one,two three cannot complete if view from four no good.
Me know this long time .

So since me know this long time and me at blog #4, me taking time to reflect.
Reflecting reflecting ,suddenly me notice something .
Me notice me talking politiks a lot.
First post got, second got third also got ...sigh.

Me surprise.
Didn't me say politiks not me cuppa.
Did me lie ?
Is me denial?
Is me actually interested in politik?
How come this happen ?
Is this good?
WHO DO THIS TO ME ????!!!

Me have many many question and more.
Good thing me at point where me can reflect.
Like funny Goundamani say in Jaihind after climbing mountain ,"man who knows where him come from only man".Me concede point.

TRUTH TABLE

Today me was reading about TRUTH table ...

No ...not that TRUTH table you was thinking ( Actually me not sure what TRUTH table you was thinking , but if YOU reading for fun, me don't think you thinking TRUTH table the metamatik one, which is what me was thinking)

So reading reading, suddenly me found something interesting.....Here me share what me found ...

F = CBA + CBA' + CB'A + CB'A' + C'BA = AB +C

You thinking, "Ok, so what it mean ?"
Me can only answer,click the equation to find out ....
Meaning, other than it is the reason why me suffer in Uni , me don't know enough to explain to you either ( me can't even explain to me-self yet ,so me pretty sure me can't explain it to you) .....

So you ask why me paste something me don't understand?
Is it because me like talking about things me don't comprehand ? Is me stupid?

Answer : Of course no lah, me not stupid. Even if me stupid , me not that stupid to open me mouth and proving to everybody me stupid (if me could do that , you calling me Mr.Prime Minister already ) .

No no....Why me paste this is because although me don't understand all of it , me understand some .
That by the way is what me want to talk about today.

So what is it me understand you ask?
Which part of "F = CBA + CBA' + CB'A + CB'A' + C'BA = AB +C" me understand?
Me tell you.
It is the "+" part .
Yup , the plus symbol....That it.

Him call OR GATE.
Me know him long time.Tolak tambah 9 years.
Come from LOGIC country, family name GATE.
First me look at him , me thought him just another GATE.
Later me realise there is much more .
You see , among the GATE family , him the most macho.

Why?
Because it the most robust ( like nokia 3310);
the most versatile (like P.Ramlee); and
the most perseverant ( like Rocky Balboa).
In total,him better than Terminator and Rambo combined.

Why ?
Answer :Because of what him can do .
Him can do magic.No joke.
For example, check scenario.
Imagine first , there is two person.One person call A and another person call B.
Imagine also, A and B doctor and them doing something important (like brain surgery).

Question : What happen to patient?Will he retain three digit IQ? Can him make sentence after surgery ?Will him become compost?in short, what the RESULT?

With OR GATE, good chance answer is yes, yes , no, good ....

Why ?
Because OR GATE say, as long as either A or B is good, him will take care of the rest.Him will make RESULT good.

Meaning,
if A lousy , but B good,him make RESULT good .
if A good, but is B who lousy, him still maintain RESULT good.
if A good, also B good ,no need to say la ,of course RESULT good what.
Only and only if A and B both lousy, then OR GATE wash his hand .
(Cannot blame him also what,everything lousy of course confirm die la)

Only got one zero, that wan also understandable.
But thats not all.
There is more.
If with only two doctor (A and B), him make 75% chance RESULT is GOOD,
with three doctor (say A,B and also C) , him make 87.5% success rate.If 4 doctor,better still, 93.75%.

Now thats what you call RESULT.
The more the elements you throw at him , the better him make the odds.
Can give standing ovation.
Cemerlang,gemilang ,terbilang....

Now compare AND GATE, OR GATE's lousy brudder from different mother and not same father.

See, Give him same doctor also he will screw up .
See, 75% of time, him make patient become body.

Why ?
ANSWER : Because this AND GATE one lazy fella.
Meaning,only if A and B good , meaning only if nothing is expected for him, then only him don't kacau and RESULT got chance to become good .
Otherwise,sure die .
Worse still , no way help patient.The more element you throw at him ,the worse him make RESULT .
You give him 3 doctor ,12.5% chance of survival .
4 doctor only 6.25%.
Enough doctors, (almost) no chance at all.

So sad ...
but dunno why this AND GATE fella so popular...
Right now him everywhere.

In Iraq, in White House , in Putrajaya,that why result no good.

Ask why RESULT no good, A say B lousy, B say C lousy,C say DrM lousy, DrM say Pak Lah lousy, Pak Lah say internet lousy, internet say Khairy lousy ,Khairy say Israel lousy, Israel say Osama lousy , Osame say Bush lousy,bush say Gore lousy , Gore say DrM lousy.,DrM say Pak Lah lousy ... round and round it goes but RESULT still the same...RESULT still lousy....

Why la ...
Actually nobody lousy, LOGIC only lousy.
Why keep that good-for-nothing LOGIC anyway ...
throw away la ....other LOGIC already readily available what.
Then everything become good ,you also good what ...

sigh...

Look so simple only right ...Maybe that's why it is so difficult to achieve.....

Third day

So this is th the third day me blog....
First day me had a bright idea,...
second day me forget the password ; and
third day me discover me don't have anything to say...

Problem ?
yes...
But ok, me no worried ...
Like me blog header suggest , me was an engineer once ( though now operator at call center) so me cannot worry .

Doctors can worry...
Lawyers can worry ...
Accountants can worry...
But Engineer cannot worry ...why ?
Because that is to say him don't like problem...which means him like thing to remain the way they are...which of course mean him got no business being an engineer...this is Definition...Definition meaning you cannot change (e.g like Constitution, but not the Malaysian one)
You can change but when Definition not the same Meaning also different ... then only Name remain the same ( compare Constitution , the Malaysian one).
For what ?
Like Shakespeare say, what in Name?
You call Proton BMW, Proton don't become like BMW (Marketing ppl say different ,but dem not Engineer Friend) ...

No no ...

Meaning no follow Name, Name follow Meaning....This is very old law....

So today we define Engineer : Him when problem ,just another day at work ...
Start tomorrow we find problem ok....

The Right Fight

So one day , near the end quarter of an 9 hour shift, an epiphany came . It said "write a blog you, show solidarity with Rocky and Ooi ..." .

Me dunno about the solidarity part, me not big on socialism; but me all for a good fight; and seeing that how two lil guys taking on the combined might of the government, mainstream media and Judiciary is not conducive for a good fight , me decide to do me part and choose a side.

Me pick the bloggers side.

Its not because me support these two blogger's cause (politiks is really not really me cuppa, ,me tried being interested , but me cannot pretend for long that me thinks it is important), but like me say before, me lose sleep when me see a fight that is not right, and me really like me sleep that me don't feel like losing it.

Me working shift , so me can't be walking to court with these two .
But what me can do is what me can , and what me can is to make up the numbers.

Someday, a munchkin might ask where was we when men went after butterflies with sledgehammer. Me don't feel like saying that all me was doing was looking for money.

Yeah me was looking for money...

But me also feel like saying ,that though me don't go out to change government,when me saw something wrong me did what me think right, grabbed me a keyboard and joined in the butterfly army.

Now that baby, is an answer I can live with ...
